Sharan Estates is one of the city's most respected real estate companies, going back generations. Having been around for as long as they have, they have a number of properties in some of the most prime locations in town, but some of those properties have begun to show their age.
When they decided to renovate and renew one of their most successful properties – Parmeshwar Sharan – they also decided to re-launch it with a bold and lively new advertising campaign spanning magazine, poster and hoarding ads. That's when they came to us, and we jumped at the opportunity to breathe new life into the brand.
In our research, we discovered that the most unique feature of this particular property was that each apartment was laid out differently, offering every home a special feature all its own. From this insight, we came up with the concept of "For homes as unique as you are" and that's what we built our campaign on.
We loved the work, as did the client, but best of all, sales of the apartments suddenly shot up, as soon as the campaign went live.
